A practical service flow
- 01
Prepare the table links
Create active tables for the correct location and place each exported QR at its matching table. Check the restaurant, location and table before service.
- 02
Review the request
The guest checks dishes, options, quantities and the basket total. Your team receives the table’s request and can accept or reject it before preparation.
- 03
Keep preparation visible
Move accepted orders through preparing, ready and delivered. The connected team sees the updated status and keeps a record of each request.
Guests choose; your team stays in control
For example, a guest chooses a burger, selects its available options and reviews the basket. Once sent, the request arrives with its table, ready for the team to accept or reject.
When a dish sells out, update its availability. New orders are checked against the current menu, so the team controls what is offered during service.
Give the team access for its job
Owners manage the restaurant and subscription. Assign managers and kitchen staff to the locations where they work. Kitchen users focus on orders while the owner keeps the restaurant’s settings and billing controls.
Check opening hours, service pauses and sold-out dishes before the shift. Agree who receives new orders and who moves them through preparation and delivery.
Your restaurant keeps its usual way to take payment
Menuviora organizes orders; it does not collect card payments from guests or replace your till. Keep your usual method for collecting the bill. An order total records what was requested, not a confirmed payment.
The software subscription is separate, and Menuviora does not add a commission per submitted order.
Questions before you start
Do guests need an app or an owner account?
No. They open the menu in their browser from their table’s QR and can prepare an order without creating an owner account. The general menu QR is for browsing; a table QR supplies the table for ordering.
Does Starter include table orders?
Starter is for sharing the menu at one location. Pro includes orders, kitchen and team access at US$79 per month for one location. Business covers up to three at US$149 per month.
Does this include receipt printers or a full POS?
Your team uses the web dashboard and kitchen view on an Internet-connected device. Receipt printers, POS integration and cash management are not included. Keep your existing setup for taking payment.
Can orders work without Internet?
The menu, order submission and kitchen board need an Internet connection. Check the restaurant’s Wi-Fi or mobile coverage before service and keep another way to take orders if the connection fails.
What can I explore in the public demo?
Browse categories, open a dish, switch language and prepare an example basket without creating an account. The demo uses example data and does not send real orders or start a subscription.
