SETUP GUIDE

How to create a restaurant QR menu, step by step.

Prepare your restaurant details, dish names, prices and photos first. A good setup ends with a guest test, rather than only a downloaded QR code.

Made for better service.

First, check how guests browse a menu

  1. 01

    Open the public demonstration

Explore the example menu without creating a restaurant. Browse its categories and find a dish to understand the guest’s view.

  2. 02

Read a dish and switch language

Check how the photo, description and price appear. Change the available language and note what you will need to prepare for your own menu.

  3. 03

    Choose the service you need

Decide whether guests will only browse or also submit table orders. The demonstration uses illustrative data for menu exploration; it does not process real orders or activate a free subscription trial.

From account to a usable menu

  1. 01

    Create and verify your access

Use Google or email and password. Complete the required account verification and create your restaurant. A pending restaurant is not an active paid operation.

  2. 02

    Activate the plan that fits

Choose Starter for a menu at one location, Pro for table ordering at one, or Business for up to three. Confirm subscription activation before using paid catalog and publishing operations.

  3. 03

    Build and review the catalog

Group dishes into categories. Add current prices, useful descriptions, photos and genuine availability. Review every translation you enable; the five editable languages do not translate themselves.

  4. 04

Check the location and guest route

Review hours and location settings, preview the menu and verify choices on a phone. For table orders, check the table link and complete a controlled order through the kitchen workflow.

Before you place a QR on a table

Publish when the correct plan and location are ready. Export the QR for the intended menu or table, scan the actual printed piece and confirm the restaurant, prices and language. Keep a readable alternative available when a guest cannot use a phone.

Questions before you start

Must I reprint after every price change?

A catalog update behind the same menu destination does not require a new printed link. If you change the destination or replace a table link, check the existing prints and replace any that point to the wrong place.

Choose how you want to serve.

Compare digital menus, table orders and locations. Review the scope and price before creating your account.
