Privacy notice

Updated November 7, 2026

Who this notice covers

Menuviora provides digital menus, restaurant operations and subscription software. This notice describes information processed to provide that service. The restaurant you visit manages its menu and your food order; contact it directly about ingredients, fulfilment or a restaurant-specific privacy request.

Information we use

We use account email, sign-in identity, restaurant and staff information, menu content and photos, table orders and their notes, support messages, subscription identifiers and payment status. Menu visits and dish interactions are counted with a pseudonymous visitor session. Our infrastructure also processes network and security information to operate the service and limit abuse. Do not put payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information in order notes or support messages.

Why and where

We use this information for sign-in, menus, order handling, usage reports, support, subscription management and security. Google Firebase provides authentication, database, file storage and server functions; Cloudflare delivers the website; Stripe processes subscription payments. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country. Menuviora's database and file storage are configured in the United States.

Payments and access

Card information is entered on Stripe's hosted pages. Menuviora receives subscription and payment status. A restaurant's authorized staff can access information needed for their assigned roles. Authorized platform administrators can review support requests and operational or billing incidents. The platform owner can review registered names, emails and any recorded profile or business location.

Browser storage and analytics

Browser storage remembers language, sign-in, menu cart and order-tracking references. Dish analytics measure menu activity and recorded orders. Public marketing pages use a temporary browser session identifier and the referring hostname to count visits and measure search traffic. This session also measures use of the QR download controls and interactions with the sample menu. If a visitor creates an account, a temporary link with that account can attribute verification and the first confirmed restaurant activation to the language of the entry page. Attribution lasts up to 30 days and reports show aggregate counts. The measurement respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings.

Retention and your requests

Account and restaurant records are retained to provide the service and preserve order history. Cancelling a subscription stops renewal according to its billing status; it does not automatically erase restaurant records. Security, billing and support records may need to be retained for their operational purpose or applicable obligations. Use Help & contact to request access, correction, export or deletion. We verify your relationship to the affected data before acting and explain any information that must be retained. The restaurant export is also available to its owner in Settings.

Contact and updates

Send a private request through Help & contact, choosing Privacy. You can submit from the landing page and sign in with the same verified email to view the administrator's reply. This notice may change as the service changes; the date on this page identifies this version.
